If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it with no questions asked – and we may even reimburse the return shipping! • Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and protection.

• Customized and special–order items (including pieces not in stock) may be non–refundable unless defective.

• Customers are responsible for insured return shipping; we reimburse up to $100 of that documented cost.

• A 3% processing fee may apply to PayPal and credit card refunds to cover non–refundable transaction fees charged by payment providers.
