Return Policy
This return policy applies to all countries where we operate. Customers have the right to return merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt. For specific items such as chip tuning modules, the return period is extended to 30 days. Products must be returned in saleable condition. Items damaged by liquids, exhaust gases, or showing signs of misuse cannot be returned. Used products are not eligible for return unless expressly indicated by Elite Watch Parts in writing. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout, within 5 business days from the date of receipt. This timeframe allows us to carefully inspect the product and prepare it for restocking.How to Request a Return:
- Send a return request by email to info@elitewatchparts.com.
- Select “Return” as the subject and provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive detailed instructions by email, including the return address.
- Print and attach the provided return label.
- Ship the product back to us using the indicated courier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.Conditions & Costs
